I´m a multilingual and multicultural coach, hypnotherapist & EFT practitioner who brings 10 years of expertise in human behavior.

My approach is based on neuropsychological training. Passionate about the world of the subconscious and the wisdom of the heart, my  philosophy is anchored in the belief that we all have the ability to transform ourselves.

 I therefore use techniques and modalities to support growth, transformation and resilience, providing a solid grounding for your goals to flourish. 

As the current world is evolving to move into a feminine energy of love, I´m currently studying the Akashic records to lay down solid foundations to heal gently and free ourselves from patterns and conditioning.

Originally from France, I spent most of my adult life abroad and have established myself in Lisbon, Portugal, four years ago.  I promote connection and authenticity through one-on-one sessions,  workshops & events.

I´m a nature lover. Constantly inspired by its wisdom and beauty, I lead sensory walks & hikes.

I have been part of the LGBTQIA+ community for many years and I welcome people of all identities and orientations.
